Your stores' accounts, inventory and ads —
one system for all of it
Data syncs itself. AI flags what's off, batch-generates listing images, and answers buyers by real specs.
No more digging through WeChat groups and spreadsheets.
YingQiao is a cross-border e-commerce ERP for Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop seller teams, connected through the platforms' official APIs. Pricing is published in three tiers: Basic ¥999/month, AI Full ¥3,980/month, custom on request. We do not do Amazon.
Four things, managed end to end
Accounts, inventory, AI and ads — all running in one back office, on one set of numbers.
See what's making money at a glance
Sales and profit are calculated for you, drillable down to each listing. What's winning, what's losing — no guessing.
The system reminds you when to restock
Stock alerts, in-transit tracking, purchase records — one chain from request to purchase order.
Reading data, images, listings — AI takes one each
Daily auto-analysis with conclusions; batch-generated main images for Brazil launches; customer service that answers buyers by real specs.
Know exactly where the ad money goes
A health board on one screen, money pits flagged automatically, and clear advice to raise, hold or pause.
What it actually looks like
Accounts, inventory, AI — one screen from each.
Accounts: see what's making money at a glance
Daily sales and profit are calculated for you — open any listing and see whether it's making or losing money. Finance overview, profit rankings, stock value on hand: the owner reads the whole store's books without waiting on a finance report.
Inventory: the system reminds you when to restock
Low stock triggers an alert on its own, and every step from request to purchase order is on record. New-product reports, in-transit tracking, dead-stock clearance — one chain, managed end to end.
AI: real work, not a demo
AI analyzes your data every day — dead-stock risk, ad money pits, restock gaps — with the conclusion and what to do about it; it batch-generates main images and listing drafts for Brazil launches; and customer service answers buyer questions and bad reviews by your products' real specs.
Platforms and limits
Which platforms we support, and how far
This table is the whole story. "Not connected" means not built yet — we won't sell you the words "all platforms".
| Capability | Shopee | Mercado Libre | TikTok Shop |

There is no Amazon column because we do not do Amazon. If your main stores are on Amazon, YingQiao is not for you.
FAQ
The things worth settling before we talk — including what we can't do.
Which platforms does YingQiao support?
Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop, all through the platforms' official APIs. TikTok Shop is data-layer sync today: orders, listings and settlements. Ad analytics, AI customer service, bad-review monitoring and competitor tracking cover Shopee and Mercado Libre. Amazon is not supported.
How much does it cost?
Basic is ¥999/month without AI; AI Full is ¥3,980/month; custom deployments are quoted on request.
What exactly does "AI" mean here?
Three specific things: it runs your data once a day and hands you conclusions and next steps on dead-stock risk, ad money pits and restock gaps; it batch-generates main images and listing drafts for Brazil launches; and customer service answers buyer questions and bad reviews using your products' real specs. It is not a chatbot you type questions at.
Can I ask questions about my data in a chat?
Not today. We haven't built it, and we won't claim we have. To see a number, you go to the page that holds it.
How do we get started?
We talk first to see whether it's a fit, then you connect your stores yourself through the platforms' official APIs. Start with the books, then inventory; once that runs smoothly, turn on ads and AI.
Do you use it yourselves?
This system ran on real cross-border stores for over half a year before it was offered more widely — real money counted, real restocks scheduled.
Let's talk about your stores.
Reach out on WeChat or by phone — we'll see if it's a fit first, no hard sell.
