Seller guide
Mercado Libre payouts don't match?
Fees and shipping carve the number down. Separate platform vs bank sides, then clear exceptions only.
Where mismatches hide
Platform says released, bank not yet; bank amount differs from escrow; multi-shop payouts in one account; fees never allocated per order so P&L is guesswork.
A sane check order
Align platform settlements first, then bank deposits; tick matches in bulk; spend time only on deltas. Don't rebuild the whole month from scratch.
Cross-border gotchas
FX and payment intermediaries; Shopee + ML in one owner P&L; commission schemes based on 'net profit' blow up if fees are incomplete.
How YingQiao helps
Orders and payouts sync from the platforms; platform-to-bank checks flag exceptions; profit uses real fees down to listing and operator — not GMV times a guessed margin.
How to start
-
1
Authorize shops
Official ML (and Shopee) connections pull settlement data.
-
2
Exceptions first
Open the mismatch list; skip already-balanced batches.
-
3
Then profit
With settlements clean, read listing and operator net on one scale.
FAQ
Still need CSV exports?
Not for daily work. Sync handles the flow; history can be patched if needed.
Multi-shop?
Yes — company rollup and per-shop balances.
Security?
Tenant-scoped data, page permissions, export on exit.
Which platforms does YingQiao's settlement sync cover?
On reconciliation specifically: what we can do and what we can't, in one go.
| Capability | Shopee | Mercado Libre | TikTok Shop |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order / listing / settlement data sync | Supported | Supported | Supported |
| Multi-store data on one set of numbers | Supported | Supported | Supported |
| Ad spend counted into profit | Supported | Supported | Not connected |
We do not do Amazon
Amazon isn't connected — not a single row of data. Your Amazon payouts will not land in this ledger, and it's better you know that up front.
TikTok Shop stops at the data layer
TK orders, listings and settlement data sync in and roll up into the multi-store totals. TK ad spend is not connected, so when you work out profit on a TK listing you'll have to add that part yourself.
We don't file fee disputes for you
The system can compute the gap and point at the exact batch and order, but the appeal itself goes through the platform's official channel. Platform rates and payout cycles change; the platform's own announcements are what count.
We never touch your bank account
YingQiao reads data to check it. It never initiates a withdrawal, a transfer or a payment. How the money actually moves stays between you, your bank and your payout provider.
Old batches may need a manual import
How far back the platform API can reach for batches predating your authorization is the platform's call. Very old cycles may need one manual export to fill in — after that, day-to-day runs on its own.
No conversational data queries yet
Asking "which store came up short on payouts last month" in a chat box is something we haven't built. Today it's the reconciliation gap list and the profit board.
