About YingQiao

YingQiao (盈桥) is a cross-border e-commerce ERP — software for Chinese seller teams running stores on Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop. It pulls every store's accounts and inventory into one shared set of numbers. Ad analysis, review replies and smart customer service are Shopee and Mercado Libre only.

There are other companies called YingQiao — in construction, municipal works, apparel. No relation. Same name, different business. We do one thing: software for cross-border sellers.

Who we are

YingQiao is an independent software company that does one thing: cross-border e-commerce ERP. This system wasn't designed from a requirements doc — it grew alongside real stores, one problem at a time. The books wouldn't reconcile, so reconciliation came first; stock kept running out, so inventory came next; ad spend was unaccountable, so ads came after that. It ran in real business for the better part of a year before being offered more widely.

Where this came from

Problems first, product second

The order matters. There was no product roadmap — there was a pile of real problems that wouldn't go away.

1

It started with real stores

Built against stores actually shipping orders, reordering stock, running ads and answering buyers on Shopee and Mercado Libre. Every feature maps to something someone had to do that day — not to a line in a requirements doc.

2

Four things jammed every week

The books: commissions, shipping, refunds and FX all tangled together, so at month end nobody could say whether the store had actually made money. Stockouts: by the time we noticed, the listing had already lost its ranking. Ad spend: money went out, but which campaigns earned it back was anyone's guess. Bad reviews: by the time we saw them, the rating had already dropped.

3

Built one piece at a time, used the same week

We started with what hurt most — pulling the numbers in and getting the accounts to reconcile — then added inventory, then ads, then reviews. Each piece went onto real stores as soon as it worked, and anything clumsy got fixed that same week.

4

It ran in real business for the better part of a year

Our own stores ran on it every day for months. Not a beta program — we used it to count real money and to plan real restocks.

5

Only once it clearly saved work did we open it up

When it was plainly less work and fewer people than before, it was opened to other sellers. So every screen you see is a screen someone clicks daily to run a real store.

Platform coverage

Which platforms YingQiao covers, and how far

This table is the whole story. Where it says "not connected", it really isn't there — don't buy on the assumption that it is.

YingQiao capability coverage by platform
Capability Shopee Mercado Libre TikTok Shop
Order / product / statement sync Supported Supported SupportedLive in production, data still growing
Multi-store data on one shared set of numbers Supported Supported Supported
Ad spend with ROAS / ACOS dashboards Supported Supported Not connected
Bad-review monitoring and auto-reply Supported Supported Not connected
Smart customer service / buyer questions Supported Supported Not connected

The one-line version: Shopee and Mercado Libre get the full feature set. TikTok Shop is data-layer only for now — orders, products and statements sync, running in production with the data still growing. Amazon we don't do.

Boundaries

Things we don't do

Easier to judge the fit once you know what's missing. These three are hard boundaries, not a roadmap.

No Amazon

YingQiao covers Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop, and that's it. If you need Amazon managed, look for a tool that specialises in Amazon instead of bolting it onto us.

No "just ask your data a question"

There's no conversational data assistant. You can't type "which store made the most last week" into the system. YingQiao's AI works the other way round: it runs on its own every day and puts the conclusion in front of you, no question needed.

TikTok is data-layer only

TikTok Shop currently syncs orders, products and statements. Review monitoring, ad health, smart customer service and competitor tracking exist for Shopee and Mercado Libre only. Don't buy expecting parity across all three.

Also: no D2C webstore builder, no logistics or fulfilment, no agency operations. YingQiao does one job — take the stores you're already selling on and get the accounts, the stock and the ads straight.

Why we built it

Everything in a store is connected

Split accounts, inventory and ads across three separate places and none of them make sense on their own: ad spend never lands in the profit number, stock sitting on the shelf never lands in the cash number, and month end turns into a line-by-line hunt. YingQiao puts those three on one shared set of numbers — that's the whole reason it exists.

We do it the slower way. Real stores run on this system every single day, and when a page or an alert feels off, it gets fixed that same week. Every screen here is something someone actually touches daily.

It serves our stores first — then yours. That's exactly why we're comfortable handing it to you.

Three things we believe

The feature list keeps growing. These three don't change.

Data that talks like a person

Reports aren't for staring at numbers — they're for making decisions. The conclusion should be the first thing on screen, not a table you have to do the math on.

Every task has an owner

Alerts should land on a person. The system doesn't just report problems — it assigns them and follows through, so a stockout or an ad black hole never sits with nobody watching it.

AI that earns its keep

AI does real work

AI isn't here for the demo. Reading the numbers for a conclusion, batch-generating listing images, auto-replying to buyers by real specs — it only counts if it actually saves people's time.

Questions we get asked about YingQiao

What is YingQiao?

YingQiao (盈桥) is a cross-border e-commerce ERP. Orders, products and statements from Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop stores land on one shared set of numbers, with profit accounting and restock alerts on top. Ad analysis, review replies and smart customer service are Shopee and Mercado Libre only. It runs in the browser; nothing to install.

Who is it for?

Chinese seller teams already shipping orders on Shopee, Mercado Libre or TikTok Shop — especially those running more than one store, where the books have stopped adding up by hand. If you're just starting out with a single store and a few orders a day, you don't need this yet. A spreadsheet is fine.

What doesn't YingQiao do?

No Amazon, no D2C webstore builder, no logistics or fulfilment, no agency operations. There's also no conversational "ask your data" assistant — YingQiao's AI runs on its own every day and hands you the conclusion instead of waiting for a question. TikTok Shop is data-sync only for now.

What does it cost?

Three listed tiers: Basic ¥999/month, AI Full ¥3,980/month, and Custom (contact us for a quote). The pricing page spells it out — nothing hidden.

Has this run on real stores?

Yes. It ran on real cross-border stores for the better part of a year before being opened up — not a test environment, but actual money being counted, actual restocks being scheduled, actual ad spend being watched. When a screen is clumsy, the people using it say so that day, which is why it gets fixed quickly.
