YingQiao has two published prices. Basic is ¥999/month and covers your books, your inventory and multi-store data aggregation, with no AI. AI Full is ¥3,980/month and adds AI analysis, AI images and listings, smart customer service, ad optimization and competitor watch on top of Basic. The gap between the two tiers is ¥2,981/month — that gap is the AI layer. If you run a lot of stores or need private deployment, that's the Custom tier: contact us for a quote.
We don't charge per store. The ¥999/month tier covers the books, the inventory and the multi-store aggregation for all of your stores — connecting one more costs nothing extra. Whether that works out well for you depends on how many stores you run and whether you'll actually use the AI layer, so it's worth doing the math against your own store count first.
The platforms these prices cover are Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop. For TikTok Shop we currently do the data layer only: orders, listings and settlement data sync in and join the same ledger. Ad analytics, bad-review monitoring and auto-reply, smart customer service and competitor watch are Shopee and Mercado Libre only. We do not do Amazon.

What's the difference between ¥999 and ¥3,980?
Basic (¥999/mo) covers your books, inventory and multi-store data aggregation — no AI. AI Full (¥3,980/mo) adds AI analysis, listing images, smart customer service, ad optimization and competitor watch. Custom is for many stores or private deployment.
Is my data safe?
Your store data belongs to your account only. Page-level permissions control who on your team sees what.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The whole system runs in your browser. Store connections go through official platform APIs — we never touch your account passwords.
Do you charge per store?
No, adding a store doesn't raise the price. The Basic tier at ¥999/month covers the books, the inventory and the multi-store aggregation for all of your stores. If you run an unusual number of stores or people, or you need private deployment, that's the Custom tier — contact us for a quote.
What are you actually paying for in AI Full?
The AI layer: AI analysis, AI images and listings, smart customer service, the ad health board with bid advice, and competitor watch. The gap between the two tiers is ¥2,981/month, and that's what it buys. If you only want your books and inventory under control, Basic is enough.
Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Basic, get your books and inventory in order, and move up to AI Full when you want AI analysis, listing images, smart customer service and ad optimization. How the switch and the billing work, we'll go through when you reach out.
Which platforms do you support? What works on TikTok Shop?
Shopee, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop. For TikTok Shop we currently do the data layer: orders, listings and settlement data sync in and join the same ledger. Four things — the ad spend and ROAS / ACOS board, bad-review monitoring and auto-reply, smart customer service, and competitor watch — are Shopee and Mercado Libre only. We don't advertise what we haven't connected.
Do you support Amazon?
No. There is no Amazon connection in YingQiao. If your business runs mainly on Amazon, YingQiao is not the right tool for you.
Can I just ask the system "how much did I make this month" in a chat box?
Not today. YingQiao's AI reviews your data every day and hands you a conclusion and a suggested move — it isn't a chat window you can query off the cuff. We haven't built that, so we don't list it as a feature.
